How much does a ticket cost?
Conference tickets are available to purchase until Friday 16 November 2018 at the Earlybird rate of US $4,000. After that date, the Standard rate of US $5,500 will apply. Click here to purchase.
What does a ticket Include?
Your ticket will include:
- Access to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday 9 April 2019
- Access to the Conference on Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 April 2019
- Access to the Party on Wednesday 10 April 2019
- All documentation (e.g. conference guidebook, videos of conference sessions)
- Refreshments and food at the Welcome Reception, Conference and Party

Do you offer any discounts?
We can offer discounts for group bookings of three or more delegates. Please contact us for more details: email@example.com
Is my registration cancellable or transferrable?
You are welcome to transfer your registration to a colleague at any time, free of charge. Cancellation and refund requests will be accepted, minus a 15% administration fee, until Friday 25 January 2019. After that date, tickets will be 100% non-refundable.
What is the conference language?
The official conference language is English.
When are speakers announced?
Does my ticket include travel and accommodation?
No. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements. A limited number of bedrooms at a special rate are available at a variety of hotels in Cape Town.
Does my ticket include a visa to enter South Africa?
No. Your ticket does not include a visa to enter South Africa. Citizens of many nations are able to enter South Africa without obtaining a visa, but it is your responsibility to check. You may find this website useful:
