Airport Assistance and transiting through Johannesburg Airport

We have negotiated a 20% discount on Airport Meet & Greet and Airport Concierge services with Diamond Air International for any travellers who require support, either upon arrival at or departure from Cape Town (CPT) or while transiting Johannesburg (JNB) Airport.

Please note that travellers on international flights arriving in Johannesburg who are then connecting to an onward domestic flight to Cape Town will need to first clear South African immigration, collect their luggage, and check in for their domestic flight again, regardless of whether luggage is tagged direct from origin to final destination. This process can take a long time – up to 90-120 minutes or more – and so a minimum connecting time of at least three hours is usually recommended, unless you have a Meet & Greet or Concierge escort to expedite the transit process.

To book Diamond Air services, please contact Diamond Air: / +44 (0)20 8897 9183/ +44 (0)7767 368600 (24 hours) and quote CondeNast20.
